How long does the design process take? +
A consultation package (written recommendations) typically takes 1–2 weeks from your first call. A full design package runs 3–6 weeks. Full-service implementation timelines depend on scope and contractor availability, typically 6–16 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the consultation.
Do you work remotely or only in-person? +
Both. Consultations and design packages work fully remotely — you share photos, dimensions, and we handle the rest via video calls and detailed documentation. Full-service implementation typically requires at least one in-person site visit. We've worked with clients across the US.
What's included in the written recommendations? +
After your consultation, you'll receive a written brief covering: lighting design recommendations (fixture types, placement, control), AV/speaker layout suggestions, furniture arrangement concepts, storage solutions, and priority actions ranked by impact.
